Reporting a mistake
Use the contact page and include the page link, what you believe is wrong, and where you saw the correct information. Vendor quotes, rate cards and official pages are especially helpful.
What happens next
- We acknowledge reports within two working days.
- A fact-checker investigates, usually within a week.
- If we were wrong, we correct the page and update the review date.
- Significant corrections — a price range changing materially, a wrong claim about a place — are noted at the end of the page with the date.
What we do not change
We do not remove fair criticism or change a verdict because a vendor or advertiser asks. We will always correct factual errors, whoever reports them.
